O Projeto Mentor JDEFUSION tem como meta conectar pessoas de modo que uma pessoa com mais experiência em algo possa guiar outra em seu aprendizado, seja esse conhecimento voltado para relações interpessoais mesmo que isso seja subjetivo , Funcional ou área Técnica. Deste modo existem aqui duas figuras :
Mentor : Um mentor investe seu tempo, energia e conhecimento pessoal para auxiliar no crescimento de outra pessoa em situações específicas atuais e futuras.
Mentorizado : A pessoa que recebe o conhecimento e adapta para si mesmo de modo a vislumbrar novas oportunidades , conseguir traçar com mais clareza seus objetivos , adquirir novos conhecimentos ou sanar dúvidas seja ela Funcional ou área Técnica.
Envie um e-mail para mentorproject@jdefusion.com informando-nos seu perfil , cargo , quais conhecimentos específicos que você possui em JDE ( Manufatura por exemplo ) e um ponto focal de alguma deficiência que possua , mas que pretende sanar ou minimiza-lá.
Nossa proposta é de que você atue como Mentor sobre algo que detenha conhecimento e também seja auxiliado por outrem em relação ao ponto focal que tenha deficiência mencionado acima, dai neste caso você será o Mentorizado.
Bem a princípio estas duas fases terão a duração de um mês , podendo ser simultâneas ou não , dependerá muito das ofertas de Mentores / Mentorizados dentro da comunidade e os possíveis "links" que poderemos traçar de acordo com os perfis disponíveis.

Send an e-mail to mentorproject@jdefusion.com finding out your profile, position, which specific knowledge that you possess in JDE (it Manufactures for instance) and a focal point of some deficiency that possesses, but that intends to solve or you minimize it. Our proposal is that you act as Mentor on something that stops knowledge and be also aided by somebody else in relation to the focal point that your has deficiency mentioned above, give in this case you will be "Mentorizado". Well at first these two phases they will have the duration of one month, could be simultaneous or no, it will depend a lot on the offers of Mentors / "Mentorizados" inside of the community and the possible "links" that we can draw in agreement with the available profiles.
