    Barizon,

    Acho que para isso uma Empresa e o seu fornecedor , no caso , uma Consultoria devem construir uma parceria verdadeira e de longo prazo , por exemplo para dividir os custos de um curso como o da Oracle por exemplo e deve existir em contrapartida , um compromisso do profissional beneficiado de dar retorno a esse capital investido.

    A realidade no Brasil e isto não vem de agora , é que o treinamento de um profissional, um junior ou pleno é 'acoxambrado' vamos dizer assim durante um projeto já dentro de uma situação real com uma certa 'supervisão' de um profissional senior quando muito.

    Para mim as Empresas e Consultorias que procuram uma forma de reter talentos devem estar sempre se questionando sobre quais condições de trabalho ela oferece frente ao mercado. Um profissional bom sempre vai estar procurando oportunidades de crescimento, uma forma de se manter atualizado e um salário compatível com a sua experiência , hoje também existem fatores novos , como qualidade de vida e relacionamento de longo prazo que para muitos profissionais conta muito.

    Uma boa conversa e transparência já é um bom começo para Empresas , Consultorias e Profissionais.
