Lifetime Support Policy, Coverage for Oracle Applications (May, 2009)

Simple, predictable, and the most comprehensive policy available, Lifetime Support helps drive your business success. Oracle's industry-leading Lifetime Support covers your entire technology stack, from database to middleware to applications. It puts you in control of your upgrade strategy so you can enjoy continued peace of mind, knowing that no matter which product release you're running, we'll be there to support your business.

Premier Support - provides you with maintenance and support of your Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Applications for five years from their general availability date.

Extended Support - lets you stay competitive, with the freedom to upgrade on your timetable. It provides you with an extra three years of support for specific Oracle releases for an additional fee. You benefit from the same quality of service you receive with Premier Support, with the security of knowing you can expand your systems when the time is right.

Sustaining Support - puts you in control of your upgrade strategy. With Sustaining Support, you will receive technical support for as long as you operate your systems—including access to our online support tools, knowledgebases, pre-existing fixes for your solution, and assistance from technical support experts.

How to use Orchestrator after you build an Orchestration?

How to use Orchestrator, once I build the Orchestration? How it works? You probably saw a lot of videos and explanations about how practical is Orchestrator, right? But, have you asked yourself after you build the Orchestration, how to use it, or how it works? In this Master Class, you'll learn not only how to build Orchestrations, but also the foundation that enables you to expose any JD Edwards applications and processes as a Web Service. That's the idea: not only come with the solution, but give a solid base in the foundation, so you'll have a complete understanding on how it works. This will help you when thinking - or designing - your own integrations: no matter if it is with another system or an IoT device. By the way, I'll show how to use a temperature sensor to send information to Orchestrator / JD Edwards. Let's learn together?
